Usable life: The usable life of DOWSIL™ F4 High Performance Kitchen and Bathroom Mould Resistant Sealant is approximately 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in its original, unopened container at or below 32°C (90°F). The usable life can be shorter if the sealant is exposed to high temperatures or if the container is not properly sealed.
Storage: DOWSIL™ F4 should be stored in a cool, dry place that is well-ventilated and away from heat sources and direct sunlight. The sealant should be kept in its original container with the lid tightly closed when not in use.
While DOWSIL™ F4 High Performance Kitchen and Bathroom Mould Resistant Sealant is a highly effective sealant, there are some limitations to its use. Here are some of the main limitations:
● Temperature limitations: DOWSIL™ F4 is not suitable for use in applications where temperatures will exceed 50°C (122°F) as this may cause the sealant to degrade and lose its adhesive properties.
